Mr. James Don Johnston, P.E. was born and raised in West Columbia Texas. In 1959, Don received his bachelor’s in Mathematics and Physics in Sam Houston State, in Huntsville Texas. He was previous owner and manager of Texoma Engineering Services since 1998. Don has over 25 years of engineering experience. His experience includes performing numerous geotechnical investigations in the North Texas area. Part of Mr. Johnston's engineering experience includes US Army Corps of Engineers.
