Todd Whisenhunt is the grandson of James Don Johnston, P.E. Todd has worked for Texoma Engineering since high school, during the summers, and full time since 2007. He has been certified by ACI, as a Grade 1, concrete field testing technician. Also, he has received certifications from Troxler, to transport and run nuclear density gauges. Todd has received his Soils and Materials Sampling certification by ODOT in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
