Mr. Mireles was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle and received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2011. His tenure at AT&E began in June 2011. His determination and eagerness to become a registered professional engineer is demonstrated by his continuous hard work and dedication to accomplish all engineering tasks and challenges and has allowed Mr. Mireles to obtain a well-rounded engineering experience. His engineering experience includes construction materials testing, geotechnical analysis, structural foundation designs and forensic studies. In October 2016, Mr. Mireles took and successfully passed his Professional Exam.
Various Projects: Mr. Mireles, under the supervision of a registered professional engineer, has performed Phase I environmental site assessments, managed construction materials testing programs for multi-million dollar projects, supervised the implementation of geotechnical exploration programs, performed soil and aggregate laboratory testing and has prepared foundation plans. In addition, he has expanded AT&E testing capabilities by performing flatness/levelness slab analysis, field resistivity testing using Wenner 4 pin method and bolt/nut torque and strength testing.
